BGA Pension & PayrollAs part of their continued commitment to working alongside employers in the equestrian industry the British Grooms Association (BGA) have launched a pension and payroll service in partnership with Parental Choice.

In response to the introduction of auto enrolment and equestrian employers starting to receive their staging dates, the BGA now offers a service to manage all payroll and pension provision and legal requirements.

All employers will need to do is agree the salary they will pay their staff, provide some basic details and we will do the rest, relieving you of the stress and hassle.

Users of the BGA’s Employers Zone have access to a complete package from registering as an employer and liaising with HMRC, through to calculating monthly wages, deductions and contributions to ensure compliance with up to date pension and payroll necessities.

Lucy Katan Executive Director of the BGA said, “We launch this service in response to concerns from employers about how to manage pensions within their businesses. We did a thorough search for an affordable and understanding provider, and I believe that our partners, Parental Choice, offer the perfect solution.”

Sarah-Jane Butler, Managing Director of Parental Choice said, “Parental Choice is delighted to be joining forces with the BGA to support small employers within the equestrian sphere to make sure they have the payroll and pension advice that is so critical right now given pension auto-enrolment. Our payroll and pension services aim to ensure all Employer Zone users who employ others are protected and properly advised in a friendly and supportive way.”
