As part of an all-encompassing solution tailored to the needs of your business, Parental Choice incorporates childcare and searches for your employees to take advantage of as part of their benefits package.
All our searches are tailored to each family. We will advertise and search for the position based on the family’s specific requirements. Only those nannies or housekeepers with relevant experience, DBS registration and a first aid certificate will be put forward for interview with the family.
There are strict rules around employing au pairs, however an au pair can be the perfect solution for families with school-aged children.
Parental Choice is registered to conduct DBS checks – we do not rely on external suppliers for this important vetting stage.
We can then run the payroll and set up the legal side of becoming an employer on behalf of the family.
For employers: Parental Choice can create a package which includes a discount of up to £275 per nanny search or housekeeper search requested by your employees.
Parental Choice will search for childminders in and around the chosen location of a family. We then create a final report tailored to these requirements and pass on the contact details of our recommended providers.
We only recommend providers with a ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ Ofsted rating. A great example of a comprehensive childminder search can be found here.
For employers: Parental Choice can create a package which includes free or discounted childminder searches.
